Cape York, Queensland, Australia

About to cross a creek on a makeshift log bridge.  We spent about 45 minutes getting a few of the logs reorganized before we crossed.

Some water crossings are deeper than others!

Some crossings are longer than others! ...and watched by those who think you won't make it! - We did.

This crossing was a momentum vs. bog tradeoff. To slow and you sink, to fast affects control. The bow wave was a bit to big but we made it across! Note: You can see how important a diesel engine is in a situation like this. The water in the engine compartment could easily short out the plugs on a gasoline/petrol powerplant.
